What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements (if applicable).
- Assist with communication by answering emails, fielding calls, and composing documents.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
- Research and compile information to support various projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages time effectively.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer are required.
